WE NEED YOUR SKILLS

  1. At least a master's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering
  2. At least 10 years of experience with chemical raw materials and products
  3. epoxy resin, polyurethan, etc.
  4. English skills in writing and speaking with reference for languages (CEFR)
  5. min. B1 (Intermediate) level
  6. Experience in chemical product manufacturing
  7. People management experience
  8. Experience in managing laboratory facilities & equipment.

This position is responsible for the field of R&D (research & development). The activities include business development support, test methods, standards, technologies, and personnel planning. Focus shall be in the seamless production of Sika products with the highest performance capabilities, quality and productivity. The products must be formulated with the alignment of local &/or internal requirements in health & safety and sustainability measures. The role assists Quality Control and production with solving manufacturing problems. The role is reporting into the Head of R&D / QC Korea.
