POSITION SUMMARY:
To provide customers with a complete technical service of the full company product range.

SCOPE:
As part of the Technical Service Team, you shall be reporting to the Technical Supervisor and closely collaborating with Area Sales Manager. Located in Phuket, the geographical area covered will be the Southern part of Thailand from Phetchaburi to Narathiwat, including Koh Samui.
You shall be visiting medium and small size projects to provide solutions to technical inquiries received from Sika network of Dealers. Product trainings and demonstration at shops or project site will be part of your weekly work. Product focus would be on floor covering, protection & waterproofing, façade and wall finishes, sealants & adhesives, roofing materials.

PRINCIPAL  ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Demonstration of Sika Products in internal and external training for customer and sales team in the Southern Thailand.  
  2. Technical advice to customers or projects.
  3. Ensure good customer weekly visit plan and report.
  4. Strong cooperation with Sales team.
  5. Study technical aspects of Sika Products.            
  6. Control maintenance and cleanliness of the material and working areas: company vehicles, tools.
  7. Jobs as assigned by the Superior.
  8. Action follow as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO50001 including the rules of company.

Your expertise - Our strength

Education: vocational or higher , construction or any other related fields
Experience & background: At least 1-2 years’ experience in Technical
