SikaCeram®-103 PK

TILE ADHESIVE FOR ALL TYPES OF TILES, MARBELS AND NATURAL STONES

SikaCeram®-103 PK is a cement-based powder adhesive to easily lay all type of ceramic tiles, porceline tile and marbel stones. Suitable for walls and floors inside of residential properties. It can be used in layers up to 10 mm thick. For use in hot and tropical climatic conditions.

Usage

  • SikaCeram®-103 PK is suitable for bonding all kinds of ceramic tiles, porceline tile and marbel stones.
  • SikaCeram®-103 PK can be used indoors for wall or floor applications, on the following substrate surfaces
  • Gypsum based substrates in dry areas
  • Cement based substrates like concrete & renders
  • Suitable for moisture tolerant natural stone.

SikaCeram®-103 PK follows the main requirements of EN 12004 class C1 TE and complies to the requirements of ANSI 118.4 for shear strength.

Storage Conditions

Store in undamaged, unopened, original sealed packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C. Protect from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.

The consumption depends on the surface profile and roughness of the substrate and on the size of the tiles and the placing technique (simple placing "floating" or back to back “buttering-floating”). As a guide:5-7 kg/m2 / 8 - 10 mm.
