Store in undamaged, unopened, original sealed packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between +5 °C and +45 °C.

Protect from direct heat and sunlight.

Coverage depends on wind, humidity, temperature and shuttering overall conditions. This figure is theoretical and does not include for any additional material required due to surface porosity, surface profile, variations in level and wastage etc..

Sika® Mould BA is supplied ready to use.

Shutter surfaces must be clean and free from moisture, dirt and laitance. Rust and concrete residues must be removed prior to application.

Apply one coat by brush, roller, cloth or spray. The product needs to be applied thin and even onto the shuttering, always avoiding excess of material. If after the application of the release agent there are still puddle-type surpluses on the shuttering, then these must be removed with a cloth or rubber scraper. Excess application will tend to run down on vertical surfaces and pool at the bottom. Over application may lead to staining of the hardened concrete.

The shuttering surface must be completely covered, with an even film, without puddles.

Do not water the applied coating even when the surface is dry.

Sika® Mould BA should be allowed to evaporate before concreting takes place.

Clean all equipment and tools used with detergent and lukewarm water.
